Test Prep
For a ONE-TIME FEE, students prepare for the PSAT, SAT®, and ACT® tests until they reach their score goals or graduate from high school. The 9th Grade Complete™ Test Prep Program consists of Lessons (in-person or live online), Homework, Workshops, Bonus Lessons and Workshops for the ACT® test, Vocabulary Development, Practice Tests with personalized reviews, and grade-level specific Planning & Guidance Seminars for the college admissions testing process.
A 9th grader will benefit from three unique sets of lessons: one in 9th grade, one in 10th grade, and one in 11th grade.
An installment plan option is available at checkout. A $150 shipping fee will apply for out of area students or those who choose to have materials shipped (covers shipping for the duration of the program).

The Advanced Start Program is for high-performing 7th or 8th graders. Families choose this program for additional enrichment, early preparation for college admissions tests, and/or to be challenged by early exposure to advanced curriculum. Please note: Students participate in activities alongside high school students.

The On-Demand Core Program is for 7th-12th graders who prefer to prepare for the SAT®, and ACT® tests on their own time. Students have six months of online access to on-demand videos of our proprietary curriculum and expert instruction including Lessons, Bonus Lessons, Homework Activities, Targeted Practice, and Practice Tests with Reviews. NOTE: The On-Demand Core Program prepares students for the digital version of the SAT® test and the paper-based version of the ACT® test. The course DOES NOT include live instruction or printed materials.

Test Prep & College Counseling Packages
For one low, bundled price, 11th graders prepare for admissions tests with KD’s signature Complete Test Prep Program and are also guided through the entire college application process with the APPLY NOW! Advantage Program. This program is available only to students who begin activities in 11th grade. Students will primarily focus on test prep activities until October of 11th grade. College counseling activities will begin after October of 11th grade.

College Counseling
The APPLY NOW! Advantage Program is KD’s college counseling solution for students who will be 11th graders in the fall of 2024 (Class of 2026). The APPLY NOW! Advantage Program guides students through the entire college admissions process in small group sessions and personalized support. The 16 classes, some of which parents attend, cover essential areas of the college admissions process. The program also includes two One-on-One College Counseling Sessions for expert guidance on the student’s individual priorities, and the APPLY NOW! Essay Boot Camp. Program activities will start during the 11th grade school year.

One-on-One College Counseling Sessions for 7th-12th graders provide expert guidance on specific areas of the college admissions process. Students meet one-on-one with members of the college counseling team. Families can schedule sessions on an hourly basis for the student’s highest priority needs.

*Important note for planning purposes: The average student requires 15-20 hours of counseling and editing to produce ~8-10 quality college applications. The same student will also typically spend 10+ hours of their own time per application.

Our aptitude assessment guides students through an effective and scientifically proven method that helps uncover aptitudes and strengths and then connects them to relevant success paths. Assessment also includes a follow up one-on-one session to discuss results.
